Breakfast with the Stars

Breakfast with the Stars brings children and their families to Tarrant Area Food Bank for a morning with imaginary and real childhood heroes and an opportunity to peek at our 69,000 square-foot warehouse. Parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles are invited to enjoy this event with their children and relatives.

This spring fund-raiser supports the Food Bank's BackPacks for Kids program that provides food for school-aged children at high risk of hunger on the weekends. 

The Stars at the Breakfast include Batman, Easter Bunny, princesses, pirates, doctors, football players and others.  Activities will be provided by the Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, Texas Christian University Early Childhood Music, Little Gym of Fort Worth, Van Grow Art Studio, Mad Science of Tarrant County, face painters, balloon artists and many, many more creative groups.

Breakfast fare will be provided by our Community Kitchen, where low-income men and women train for careers in the culinary arts under the tutelage of a professional chef.

Sponsorships for Breakfast with the Stars will help the BackPacks for Kids program provide kid-friendly food for the neediest children at 16 schools. On Friday afternoons, these children take home unmarked backpacks of food to supplement their meager meals on the weekends. See Sponsorship information below.

Rock Star        $25,000   [Sold]

Walmart returns as our Rock Star for the second year.

Exclusive Presenting Sponsor will receive 20 tickets for adults and 10 tickets for children and most prominent display of corporate logo on all printed materials, t-shirt and Tarrant Area Food Bank web site. Presenting sponsor will be noted on news releases.

Super Star       $15,000

Super Stars will receive 16 tickets for adults and 8 tickets for children and will be listed on all printed materials and t-shirt. Opportunities are available to sponsor activity areas

Shining Star     $5,000

Shining Stars will receive 10 tickets for adults and 5 tickets for children and will be listed on all printed materials and t-shirt. Opportunities are available to sponsor activity areas.

Shooting Star   $1,000

Shooting Stars will receive 6 tickets for adults and 4 tickets for children and will be listed on invitations, programs and t-shirt.

Bright Star        $500

Bright Stars will receive 2 tickets for adults and 2 tickets for children and will be listed on invitations and programs.
