“We are incredibly grateful for the partnership we’ve had with Western Hills Church of Christ and Co-Operative Industries Aerospace & Defense for the past six years,” said Barb Ewen, senior director of food programs, TAFB. “Together, we’ve fed thousands of White Settlement residents.”
The church is planning on re-locating their facility which makes a change in feeding locations necessary, but Ewen says that everyone who needs food will have a place to get food. “Because this one location is closing doesn’t mean we won’t still feed folks. While we’re looking for a new mobile location, food can be picked up at a variety of other nearby locations by looking under “Find Food” on our website at www.tafb.org.
