Tarrant Area Food Bank’s Intensive Companion Planting workshop will help the backyard or community gardener graduate to an intermediate level of gardening by covering the following topics:
- Companion planting – what to plant together and which combinations to avoid
- Using crops for pest control
- Encouraging pollinators
- Trap crops
- How to create a garden ecosystem
Since some of the topics covered in this workshop are more advanced, this event is a great fit for gardeners with a basic understanding of vegetable gardening. However, all gardeners are welcome to attend this workshop provided by TAFB’s Community Garden program.[/vc_column_text]
