The Home Delivery Program provides supplemental food support to neighbors who are homebound due to a short- or long-term disability and face additional barriers to accessing food. Services are offered at six-month intervals, either January to June or July to December.
To qualify for the Home Delivery Program, applicants must:
Each month, participants will receive two 20Ib boxes of nonperishable food items, such as rice, lentils, cereal, and canned goods that are carefully assembled by our dedicated volunteers. At this time, food selection cannot be customized.
Please note: The Home Delivery Program is intended to supplement an individual’s nutritional needs and should not be relied upon as a primary or sole source of food.
Through our partnership with Amazon, food boxes are delivered directly to participants’ homes. Recipients do not need to be present for delivery; however, we encourage neighbors to consider weather conditions to help maintain food quality.
Enrollment in the program is based on both eligibility and available capacity. Acceptance is not guaranteed. Once maximum capacity is reached, qualified applicants will be placed on a waitlist. While we cannot provide an estimated wait time, applications are reviewed and approved on a first-come, first-served basis as space becomes available.
