I hereby give my consent for Tarrant Area Food bank (TAFB) to use my likeness, comments and/or testimonials obtained on my visit to TAFB. I further consent to such photograph(s),videos, comments and/or testimonials being exhibited on any or all of the TAFB website, marketing materials or social media sites. I further waive any right of inspection or approval of the finished product or uses. 

I hereby release and hold harmless TAFB, directors, employees and volunteer photographers from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim based upon the legitimate business use of said photographs, comments and/or testimonials.
