At this unique gathering of artists and chefs, you’ll have the chance to sample dishes from dozens of local restaurants and receive a hand-crafted bowl to represent the empty bowls we are filling together.
This year’s event will benefit TAFB’s Ready to Learn® initiative, dedicated to serving children in need by establishing our in-school food markets and providing educational programs.

Empty Bowls Preview Party – April 23, 2026
Join Tarrant Area Food Bank for an exclusive preview of our signature event, Empty Bowls, on Thursday, April 23! Be one of the first to see—and select—this year’s handcrafted bowls.
The evening will feature an exhibition by Billy Hassell at William Campbell Gallery and live music from Bobby Dade. Tickets are $100 each.
