Family Volunteer Opportunity at TAFB

We are excited to announce the launch of a special family volunteer opportunity at Tarrant Area Food Bank. On Wednesdays from 6-9 p.m., you can have fun with your family while helping families in our community. During this volunteer opportunity, you’ll work side by side with others to sort donated food in our Distribution Center.

Volunteers check expiration dates on products, sort food in bins, pack boxes and more. The goal: making sure that only the highest quality food makes its way to the tables of those in need.

Like you, we believe that no one should go hungry. At the end of your shift, you’ll have helped make hundreds of meals possible.

To register, view the list of upcoming family volunteer nights and click the “Sign Up” button. We hope to see you soon!
