What is the Hunger and Hope Program?

The Hunger and Hope program is a learning module that helps youth understand the connection between food insecurity and their mental health. This module enables youth to identify the signs and help peers struggling with hunger by referring them to a trusted adult. Youth will also gain a better understanding of the resources available to them in their community whether it be related to their mental health or food support.

Not currently offering the Hope Squad Program?

Not a problem – participation is open to the general public at no cost to learn more about the affect hunger has on mental health and well-being.
